Young Person: Why am I feeling fear and anxiety?

Sage: It's due to the beliefs in your mind. Everything is neutral. There is no good or bad; it's your thoughts that define it. And that triggers the fear in your mind.

Young Person: How can I change my thoughts?

Sage: Just change your perspective. Everything has two sides: Yin and Yang. Don't see unemployment as a bad thing. Instead, see it as an opportunity in your life. To explore life and begin a new chapter.

Young Person: I understand the reasoning. But I still can't control falling into pessimistic thoughts. How can I overcome this?

Sage: Don't try to control or eliminate negative thoughts. Instead, stop thinking and start doing. Observe everything around you that brings you joy. Then, go and do those things to experience satisfaction and joy. Gradually, the negative thoughts in your mind will be replaced by positive ones. And positive, happy thoughts will manifest beautiful people and events in your world. Creating a positive cycle.
