The Origin and Elimination of Diseases

March 25, 2024 Communication from the Universe

Human beings consume grains and are influenced by environmental factors such as wind, cold, heat, dampness, dryness, as well as emotions like joy, anger, sorrow, worry, fear, and surprise. As a result, various discomforts arise in the body, which humans label as diseases. Most people attribute the origin of diseases to external factors. However, the appearance of diseases is merely a signal, with the body intelligently indicating which beliefs and thoughts need to be changed. In essence, the root of disease lies in one's own cravings, anger, ignorance, arrogance, and doubts. Craving involves an insatiable desire for things, clinging tightly to thoughts that one cannot let go of. Anger arises when things around oneself do not align with one's expectations, leading to feelings of resentment. Ignorance entails steadfast beliefs, rigid thinking, and an inability to embrace broader perspectives. Arrogance manifests as a belief of superiority, considering oneself to be the best in the world. Doubt involves a suspicious mind, always imagining the worst possible scenarios. Human diseases are products of their own thoughts and beliefs, yet they often seek external solutions, hoping to alleviate discomfort through medical methods and drugs, which is a reversal of priorities. The true approach should involve introspection to identify the beliefs in one's mind that lead to behavioral patterns and habits causing bodily discomfort. Once these beliefs are identified, they must be dissolved, leading to changes in behavior patterns and habits, thereby eliminating bodily discomfort. This is the origin and eradication method of diseases. Ultimately, diseases serve as a training ground for spiritual growth, providing a pathway to continually elevate consciousness and dissolve attachments to self beliefs.

This concludes today's communication. Thank you, everyone.
